Today (20 Sep 2024), Mr. Chusak Sirinil, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office and Deputy Leader of the Pheu Thai Party for Legal Affairs, spoke about the preparation to submit an amendment to the Political Party Act of 2017, saying that he will submit the draft law to the House of Representatives and consider it in the Parliament. He will amend several matters, such as amending the matter of party membership because the original criteria used for MP candidates meant that many people could not be party members. He himself believes that the rights and freedoms of party membership should be open to everyone.
